Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or PostNL and delivered to customers in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Shipping is available exclusively to these countries at this time.

Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery time is 8–15 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment throughout the delivery process.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after your order has been dispatched.
